الوصف الوظيفي
- Coordinate and execute literature reviews, interviews, and focus group discussions to establish a baseline understanding of capacities to detect and contain communicable diseases in mobile populations throughout the MENA region.
- Coordinate assessments of disease surveillance and response capacities at POE across the MENA region.
- Work with technical partners to develop and execute training modules and simulation exercises to enhance capacities to detect, notify, and refer ill travelers at POE and in border regions.
- Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement with decision makers in ministries of health and other relevant sectors (such as transport, border security, law enforcement, animal/environmental health, and emergency management).
