الوصف الوظيفي
- o Supervises and carries out the agreed procedures with the airlines and latest amendments to it are regularly performed.
- o Ensures the availability of excess baggage tickets and rate table, checks with the airlines if the excess baggage rates are not available.
- o Issues excess baggage tickets accordingly.
- o Collect the charges by cash, credit cards accepted by relevant airlines and Miscellaneous charges order (MCO) issued by, or closed to the relevant airlines.
- o Records the required details of the excess baggage in the system for the relevant airline.
- o Handle and control the cardboard box & Wrapping fees, which will be sold on demand.
- o Record the required details of cardboard boxes & wrapping in the system.
- o Deposit all cash payments / credit including charges received for issuing any charge notes.
