Tour Guide - DQ

Key accountabilities:

• Escorting individuals or groups to tour site locations, provide information about the history and culture of the places they visit
• Resolve any problem with itineraries and deal with customer complaints in a solution oriented manner to ensure smooth tour operations and customer satisfaction
• Act as an ambassador of the Discover Qatar and present the country in a professional way, delivering incentive and familiarization trips to the customer and tourists
• Create contingency plans to follow in case of cancellation, closures or weather change that impede on the progress of the tour
• Making sure that the group follows and adheres laws and regulations to ensure full compliance with the local authorities
• Report all service delivery failings and customer’s feedback to Discover Qatar and provide tour report by end of each assigned tour to support improvement plans
• Assist with scheduling stops and boarding during excursions and accommodate special request from individual eith the group with physical or health limitations
