On-Boarding Specialist

Job Description

• Managing the Merchants on-boarding queue
• Maintain reliable updated restaurant records in terms of the creation and updating of our restaurant menus,
• pictures and brand settings.
• Conduct onboarding to the brands in terms of cashier and management training.
• Convert closed deals into on-boarded merchants
• Contribute to ROR% in the onboarding phase (first 1week- 1 month).
• Contribute to Transaction/ Branch in the onboarding phase (first 1week- 1 month)
• You have the ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

• You’re a Fast learner with good time management skills.
• You are a Self-motivated, hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility
• You’re Proficient in typing and transcription.
• You’ve Customer-oriented attitude
• Hold a university degree
• Communicate very good in English
• Have 0-3 years experience in related field
• Having customer service experience is an advantage
