Senior/ Lead ELV Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the Conceptual Design report (BODR).
• Preparing and coordinate with the architectural department the required ELV Spaces (Areas), shafts, risers, …etc.
• Preparing the Schematic Design stage.
• Developing the schematic package to Detailed Design package with the supporting calculations in accordance with the Codes and Standers.
• Preparing the Tender package with all requirement ( BOQ, Specs, Vendor list).
• Developing the Tender package to IFC package.
• Review the project packages and documents in order to QC & QA procedures.
• Lead, Guide and support the ELV juniors.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Revit program and CAD.
• Excellent in MS office.
• Good in time management and planning.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, writing and speaking).

Qualifications:

• B.Sc., in Science of Communications and Electronics.
• Member of the Egyptian syndicate of engineers.
• Experience, 9 – 17 years in Design field.
• Proficiency in Design of the ELV systems (cable structural, PA, FA, Security systems, IP triple system, Surveillance system,.etc.).
