Supervise and lead a team responsible for coordinating activities within the Administration department by ensuring that all office administration activities related to projects, travel, office premises are carried in a cost effective manner.
Supervise the team of Project Administrators on all administrative issues including employment status changes, mobilization and demobilization of resources etc.
Maintain administrative policies and procedures for site locations. Engage in activities pertaining to setting up of new project sites.
Supervise the travel services staff for handling activities pertaining to travel of employees like visa requirements, tickets, hotel bookings, transportation etc.
Oversee activities of the Government Relations team on interactions and liaison with government employees or bodies for statutory requirements.
Supervise the administration and services staff for development, management and maintenance of office premises.
Identify corrective measures on existing policies and practices and suggest new and cost effective procedures.
Ensure cost benefit analysis and usage of expenditure incurred on office administration activities.
Monitoring the proper functioning of the HRMS system
Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor
