Restructuring Manager

• Financial restructuring supporting and advising businesses or lenders when the existing capital structure is no longer sustainable. This regularly involves advising in situations where there are loan covenant breaches and payment defaults. We support clients through the end-to-end process, including analysis, options assessment, independent business reviews, negotiation and deal execution
• Turnaround and performance improvement advising and supporting businesses in the following areas:
• Business planning focusing on key strategic, operational, commercial and financial value drivers
• Hands-on support with the identification and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Working capital improvement reviewing the balance sheet to release tied-up cash
• Providing interim senior support to assist in distress situation
• Capital advisory and pre-lend due diligence to support and advise on complex financing processes
• Contingency planning and insolvency identifying the options available to directors, shareholders and lenders, when faced with financial distress and crisis.
