سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني• Respond to employees HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely manner
• Coordinate changes to employee terms i.e. promotion letters, department moves etc.
• Prepare HR documents (i.e. employment contracts, contract addendums)
• Process payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, salary and allowance changes)
• Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves etc.) in databases and in paper (where required) and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Liaise with other departments or functions (Finance, HSE, IT, Aviation etc.)
• Coordination of onboarding of new hires and offboarding of leavers
• Gather timesheets from each employee and update absences in the System
• Calculate monthly salary payouts incorporating overtime, deductions etc. in compliance with HR Policies and Procedures in the System
