Data Analysis Associate

The purpose of this role is for developing, customizing, maintaining and support Oracle applications as per requirement of the business

Lead, make significant contributions, and/or provide technical leadership to high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the client and the customer. Interface regularly with senior management to produce timely and valuable results.
Direct the development of outcomes and process measures, including technical specifications, guideline implementation and evaluation.
Translate business processes into system requirements and/or development of system solution.
Analyze new business requirements, assist with feasibility of enhancement requests, system functionality, current system use and user needs.
Design research plans for data gathering and analysis, participate significantly in interpreting analyses and developing action plans accordingly.
