الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead efforts to collaborate and coordinate with other relevant USAID/Jordan projects, other donor, government, private enterprise and NGO-sponsored,
- Handle overall management of the program, including staff supervision and support, , monitoring and evaluation and program implementation.
- Lead and manage the project consortium to ensure good collaboration and synergies between consortium members;
- Oversee project expenditure and ensure costs are within budget allocations and limitations.
- Meet program targets, and ensure fiscal integrity of the use of program funds.
- Ensure establishment and application of procedures, processes and systems for project operations, including annual work planning and budgeting.
- Anticipate and monitor internal and external risks to project; work with country and headquarters staff to mitigate and manage risks.
- Act as primary point of contact with USAID, government counterparts, and other critical in-country stakeholders; maintain strong external relationships and public profile of the project.
- Responsible for effective written reports and oral presentations on the program,for external communications within Jordan, and close coordination.
- Represent overall program interests as necessary and appropriate.
