Software Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple implementations projects concurrently within scope, on time and onbudget.
• Manageday-to-dayprojectaspectsandtasksoftheprojects assigned.
• Analyzedocumentation received from clients and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) as needed.
• Trackprojectsagainsttheprojectplan, managerisksinatimely manner,prepareactions plans, and escalate when appropriate.
• Report progress to Senior Managers & Customers based on a regularbasis.
• Manage customer expectations, including reviewing customer deliverables,and items in scope.
• Responsible for project budgets andforecasting.
• Define and manage out of scope requests andchanges.
• Manageall implementationrelatedissues, ensuringthatallofthem arefollowed through to completion.
• Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship across alldisciplines, while ensuring that key business drivers are addressed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree.
• 5-7 years of similar experience in projectmanagement.
• Leadership and autonomy to your immediate team andorganization.
• Client-focused-mustbeanACTIVE listenerandgreatnegotiator.
• Attentive todetails.
• High ownership, very organized, methodical and aproblem-solver.
• Strong ability to influence and hold people accountable to project scope and timelines.
• Can multi-task and work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Great presentationskills.
• Excellent communicator including written and spokenEnglish.
