Job Description

• Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies. This may include updating new strategies for test manual and day to day work processes like agile and scrum.
• Setting quality standards and metrics for the running project/product.
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
• Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle
• Review test results and see all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, acceptance etc. are getting handled & covered right.
• Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking.
• Create Test plans
• Lead junior and senior testers.
• Design and execute test cases.
• Working in an agile (Scrum) environment.
• Gathering and understanding scope
• Writing Documentation according to business needs
