Job Description

• Integration activities for digitalbanking systemsand Core banking
• Financial application background
• Preferable to have a banking background
• Debug and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate and train users to perform banks applications tests
• Organizing the testing, acceptance, approval and handover of the project:
• Prepare test scripts.
• Coordinate and train users to perform tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot.
• Prepare user acceptance statement and obtain user sign-off.
• Prepare user manuals.
• Performs applications systems administration
• Manages and monitors applications and activities of all Systems applications and supports critical applications
• Tests and implements systems related upgrades and problems fixes.
• Prepares systems and applications for new branches/departments/units and ATMs expansions
• Diagnoses financial systems issues and manages support cases related to system/software issues.
• Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
• Becomes familiar with ITD policies, services, and staff.
• Acts as ‘Duty Officer’ on a weekly rotating on-call roll, who will be assigned many small to medium operational tasks such as systems monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and emergency responses.
