Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the general condition of the vehicle is checked during the course of the maintenance, guarantees top quality repairs and adherence to appointments and deadlines promised to customers.
- Discusses with the Service Manager ideas that will bring about improvement and better performance within the workshop.
- Lead and manage the service teams to ensure effective and efficient workshop operation and repair quality.
- Leads, informs and motivates auto technicians and plans training programs for service teams.
- Manage effective communication between workshop and Reception and other departments
- Plans the daily workload and distributes work orders according to technician’s ability and monitors the progress repair orders through the workshop.
- Provides technical support to the Service Advisor, team leaders and technicians in the course of diagnosing problem cases.
- Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the workshop and general maintenance of all equipment's and tools.
Job Requirements
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in Services and Maintenance Management (Authorized Automotive Dealers)
