الوصف الوظيفي
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers and the content strategist with the Commercial Team – Also work closely with the global internal communication manager.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects within the Commercial Team are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
- Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as e-mail, newsletter, or Workplace.
- Keep stakeholders abreast of progress and answer their questions.
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the Creative Team.
- Deliver presentations at organizational events or in team meetings.
- Draft messages or scripts from senior commercial managers for presentations to employees in written or spoken forms.
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
- Advise senior commercial managers of developments throughout the organization.
- Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.
