Senior Modifications Engineer

Job Description

• Receive requests for amendments from the owners and discuss any modifications through meetings in accordance with the company modifications rules.
• Design any necessary modifications or changes to the units or the natural perspective within the limits allowed by the company.
• Submit the site's revised drawings and request an assay and price for each item.
• Discuss prices, payment method and the estimated time of modifications with customers
• Follow up on the implementation of the amendments with the project manager.
• Follow up on the collection of the required amounts from customers.
• Conduct inventory adjustments when needed to know the volume of work.
• Prepare the required reports and submit them to the direct manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior design.
• 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
