Graphic Design Section Head

Job Description

1. Create creative designs solutions for print, web, and social media and all needed channels
2. Design printed materials and commercials.
3. Design logos and corporate identities.
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
5. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
6. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style and size…etc.
7. Make sure that the design’s team is aware of the corporate identity and deliver the work accordingly
8. Serves the marketing department and other departments in the company
9. Responsible of organizing the work load and pipeline to make sure nothing is delayed and everything is delivered on time
10. Choose / give the needed courses to make sure that his / her team and update with the market / brand needs.
11. Responsible for leading the team of designers to deliver high quality designs.

Job Requirements

1. Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
2. Not less than 5 years of experience.
3. Very strong sense of creativity.
4. Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
6. High energy, self-starter who can motivate others.
7. Communication skills at all levels.
8. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
