الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for providing consulting/supporting project team for end-to-end design & delivery of static/rotating asset fault models & predictive maintenance solutions for Refinery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and other customers
- Develops models to identify repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect asset/plant operations using various techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Machine Learning, Prediction, Fault tree analysis, Six Sigma Methodology, Root-Cause/Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA); Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System(FRACAS), etc.
- Responsible for supporting engineering teams for the development of conceptual, user requirement, functional and detailed technical design specifications and provides technical leadership, support and broad expertise for predictive equipment performance monitoring solutions.
- Establishing acceptance criteria of fault/predictive model designs with customer stakeholders
- Translating and conveying impact of process and system changes to bottom line and articulating the benefits & value proposition of asset monitoring solution such as Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Remaining Useful life, etc) to the customer.
- Participates and facilitate critical project activities, ensuring buy-in and acceptance from the customer including, but not limited to – Project Kick Off, URS, Infrastructure setup, FDS, DDS, MAT, FAT, SAT, Training, Project commissioning, & Go Live activities and support to onsite/resident support team.
