JOB PURPOSE:
Energy program implementation, execution, follow up during planning, construction & qualification phases within the agreed budget, quality, HSE & due dates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Full implementation for the energy project followed by execution and saving tracking
- Technical data collection
- Technical data analysis & action plan generation
- Preform needed risk assessment as needed
- Insure and follow up the safety of all companyand contractor employees during the life cycle of the project
- Ensure that the project doesn’t have any negative impact on the environment at any point of the cycle
- Plan and schedule projects timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop progress reports, weekly monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Follow up on projects during project life cycle
- Proactively follow up changes within the project scope identifying contingency plan
- Supervise technicians according to organization chart
HSE and Energy Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that standards related to HSE, energy and discipline are maintained
- Follow the approved HSE and energy policy and requirements
- Following and approving the work permit prior to contractor’s work start & prior to the start of any routine work process with significant risk
- Follow the Lockout/Tagout procedures during maintenance and repair
- Commitment to the appropriate PPE use
- Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and environmental and energy law
- Implementing controls for waste, resources management and pollution control to minimize the impact on the local environment
JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or electromechanical Engineering
- Related Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in related field
