الوصف الوظيفي
- Support the NDA in the nomination process by preparing the nomination letter and collecting information required from selected entity; and facilitating initial discussion with entity on next steps for accreditation.
- Identify financing gaps and needs and assess international and domestic sources of climate finance for Togo based on the Country Programme and revised NDC.
- Develop the national climate finance strategy, including private sector as source to inform financing priorities and strategies for climate change projects identified in the Country Programme and revised NDC;
- Develop two concept notes for submission to the GCF based on the pre-feasibility studies.
- Develop the Council’s green policy, based on CNP-TOGO mandate and operations and in consultation with its Executive Board, which will state the commitment to sustainability and environmental management that CNP-TOGO is prepared to make.
