Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and follow up on Shipments
- Monitoring daily shipments and products from the warehouse to
customers across all countries.
- Following up with the couriers on shipment status.
- Communicate the successful shipments once completed.
- Securing shipments to the customers.
2. Courier Quality Assurance
- Assuring and maintaining order process life cycle.
- Following up with couriers and clients on the returned shipments.
- Managing the shipping process with the courier in timelines.
3. Reporting
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly detailed courier and tracking reports.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
Experience: • 0-1 year of experience in Courier, QA, and Outbound logistics field.
Other requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Courier QA.
- Extensive knowledge of Outbound Logistics.
- Strong analytical, data analytics, and data management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a
team, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Must possess basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Decision-making skills.
