الوصف الوظيفي
- Carry out procurement of low value, purchases under framework agreements and Request for quotations for goods and services in compliance with policies and procedures and donor regulations under the supervision of the Supply Chain Coordinator.
- Prepare all procurement documents and bid analysis and ensure clear documentation and verification of documents providing a clear auditable trail and apply processes in Dynamics.
- Follow up on all procurement and communicate and coordinate with relevant staff to ensure timely delivery of all goods and services and payment to supplier.
- Participate to the development of the electronic filing policy. The selected candidate will work subtantially on filing and archiving supply chain documentation both electronically and in hard copy.
- Provide input data required to feed in the different processes in the ERP system (Dynamics) including but not limited to vetting and creation of vendors and item creation and any other relevant data in Dynamics.
- In coorindation with the Supply Chain Coordinator, carry out regular data analysis on the ERP system (Dynamics) to maintain clean and accurate data in the P2P (Procure to Pay) process and to report on gaps and potential issues and take any neccessary follow up action with concerned staff.
- Monthly reports on procurement, framework agreements and Dynamics data control requests by HQ.
- Update all trackers related to supply chain and circulate on regular basis.
- Support Supply Chain field staff when needed and conduct field visits to the bases when required
- Other duties assigned by line manager.
