Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HRrelated activities in our growing company. As the sole HR professional in the organization you will be responsible for setting up and managing the entire HR function from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations performance management compliance and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and shape the HR structure of the company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Create job descriptions post job ads and handle the hiring process from initial interviews to final offers.
- Performance Management:
- Assist managers in evaluating employee performance setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
- Help implement employee development programs.
- Compliance & Legal Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain employee records including contracts personal details and performance records.
- Handle investigations and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant professional development programs.
- Develop onboarding materials employee handbooks and training resources.
- Help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
- HR Strategy & Policy Development:
- Develop HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the longterm HR strategy aligning it with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Employee Wellbeing & Engagement:
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Organize teambuilding activities and events to boost morale and team cohesion..
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
