We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. In this role you will support the Talent & Culture Manager in developing and implementing strategies to attract retain and engage top talent while fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment procedures and strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage administrative activities related to payroll benefits legal compliance and employment law
- Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment process for various positions
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Assist in conducting performance reviews and managing performance issues within the organization
- Analyze and report on key HR metrics and workforce trends to support decisionmaking
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution processes
- Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Manager on strategic HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR talent management or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in talent management and organizational culture development
- Indepth knowledge of HR best practices and current industry trends
