Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as an Online Application Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to users of our online applications. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to our applications and will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions via email chat and phone
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
Continuously monitor and report on customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience
Meet and exceed performance targets including response time resolution time and customer satisfaction
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible customer service
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center or online support environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using online applications
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
