We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Buraydah Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships developing strategic account plans and driving revenue growth for the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
- Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions and ROI
- Monitor and report on account performance market trends and competitive activities
- Negotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Mentor and guide junior account managers to foster their professional growth
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in account management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in account management or similar role
- Proven track record of managing and growing highvalue client accounts
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Industryspecific knowledge and understanding of market trends (relevant to our sector)
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
