Job Overview
Develop an integrated Dealer Sales & Marketing Plan capitalizes on business contribution across Sales Marketing AfterSales in order to support the strategic plan to achieve established targets and to ensure the brand is represented at the highest level in every customer touch point.
Responsibilities
- Review monitor and react to the monthly KPI of sales and marketing and take full Ferrari P&L responsibility and ownership across new and used car businesses.
- Ensuring all dealer and manufacturer communications are disclosed and briefed to the Sales Marketing and Aftersales.
- Identify and evaluate market potential for growing the new and preowned car business (all models).
- Be the Brand ambassador and the market expert with knowledge of all key data indicators related to the automotive luxury sector brand competitors and economy.
- Ensure showroom standards and processes are respected at all times.
- Be responsible for deploying all sales tools in full working condition and supervise the successful application of tools for the sales and marketing area.
- Together with Sales Manager develop sales plan and budget operation.
- Drive understanding of Dealer Composite Program within all departments.
- Coordinate manage and solve customer complaints.
- Together with the Marketing Manager develop annual dealer marketing plans and identify affinity partners according to the market needs and brand objectives.
- Develop expert knowledge of the customer database to identify and be able to segment it for marketing events special projects and opinion leaders.
- Forge new affinity partnerships and establish comarketing events with leading luxury partners in other complimentary business sectors.
- Oversee digital marketing tactics and strategies as outlined in Marketing CC Manager tab.
- Developing the sales plan and budget sharing them with the General Manager.
- Define F&I specific plans to support the business.
- Manage the waiting list.
- Coordinate with the sales after sales and marketing team the successful achievement of brand sales and marketing objectives.
- Evaluate & reward performances of sales and marketing teams with Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in coordination with General Manager.
- Coordinate through regular meetings (at least monthly) the information and communication flow between Sales Marketing and Aftersales team to capitalize on all.
- Coordinate the brief daily meeting with sales marketing and receptionist.
- Manage the communication flow between Ferrari and dealership team.
- Connect new; Preowned and Marketing departments together and ensure all are aligned to the same vision.
- Manage motivation in particular of Sales staff to achieve defined objectives.
- Manage bonus resignations new hiring and training for sales force and marketing team.
- Develop Sales & marketing Staff provide guidance tutorship and training.
- Ensure the respect of the training program (as per DOS requirements) and develop specific programs based on staffs needs
Qualifications
- 7 10 years of experience in automotive and/or luxury brand 5 years in Ferrari.
- Languages: English; Local Language; Italian is appreciated
- University degree and established education coherent with local expectations.
- Local environment provenance and knowledge.
- Deep knowledge of the local Market of the local culture and of the customer behaviour.
