Job Description:
Grant Thornton Abdulaal Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Risk Advisory team in Seef Bahrain. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of risk advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of risk advisory professionals to deliver highquality services to clients.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies for clients.
4. Provide guidance and support to team members including training and development opportunities.
5. Monitor and review work performed by team members to ensure it meets quality standards and deadlines.
6. Keep uptodate with industry developments and regulations to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
7. Prepare and present reports to clients on risk assessment findings and recommendations.
8. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated solutions to clients.
9. Participate in business development activities including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
10. Ensure compliance with firm policies procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk advisory or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
8. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
