Spa Supervisor
This position is responsible for supervising daily spa operations ensuring guests receive topquality service and supporting the spa team. This role involves managing team members schedules maintaining spa standards and assisting in the implementation of wellness programs.
- Supervise spa team members including therapists attendants and receptionists ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Assist in team members training performance evaluations and development programs.
- Coordinate weekly schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Maintain a welcoming and serene atmosphere throughout the spa.
- Handle guest inquiries appointments and service bookings efficiently.
- Ensure all spa equipment and facilities are maintained and operational.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Uphold health safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the Director of Spa in achieving financial targets and operational goals.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or certification in Spa Management Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a spa environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments products and services.
- Proficiency in spa management software.
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
