Alzayani Investments is a leading investment company based in Bahrain with a diverse portfolio of investments in various industries such as real estate healthcare and hospitality. Our company strives to create longterm value for our stakeholders by identifying and capitalizing on lucrative investment opportunities.
To lead and support an area team to deliver the key business indicators as laid out in the Business Plan and measured via Costa Report Card.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To deliver and exceed area sales and profit targets:
- By monitoring and analysing stores performance.
- By effective use of all company systems processes and measures.
- By ensuring robust performance management and regular review of each multi store managers.
- By coaching and challenging MSMs to maximise financial performance of area.
- Help the company to find a good and potential sites.
- to establish market lead.
2. To develop a team of Multi Store Managers able to deliver outstanding performance
- By effective manpower planning and maintaining a fully resourced area team.
- By training coaching and effective PDP/Progression enable the personal development of MSMS & SICs.
- By ensuring best practice is shared across the area.
- By offering support and advice when needed and by recognising excellence.
3. To continuously improve the guest experience
- By using the business measures and tools to create and implement action plans to improve performance.
- By maintaining awareness of local marketplace and competitors and ensuring guest journey is appropriate.
- By ensuring all legal requirements are met.
4. Create business projects based on the opportunities of the market
- Use the S.W.O.T. analysis for realistic approach.
- Working with the team to come up with S.M.A.R.T.E.R. action plan.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure success.
Job Requirements:
- Multisite management experience within retail or hospitality sector
- Leading and managing outlets
- Proven track record of delivery and success
