The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector (Air and Sea). This role requires a deep understanding of logistics operations industry products and services. The candidate will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the companys growth objectives in the assigned regions. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector (Air and Sea) across the Kingdom of Bahrain Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring the company s services meet their needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and negotiations to secure new clients and contracts. Achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a high level of market awareness.
Requirements
Minimum of 35 years of experience in freight forwarding sales specifically in Air and Sea freight. A solid understanding of logistics operations the freight forwarding industry and associated products & services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the logistics industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base. A Valid driving license is required.
