Job Title: Soft Services Manager
Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for Housekeeping and site cleaning operation of a specific project. Ensures quality housekeeping standards supervises housekeeping work force. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay uptodate with organizational changes issues and improvements.Ultimately you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.
Main Competencies required for the Position:
Minimum 12years experience at least 8 years in managing the operation and maintenance services in similar facilities.
Proven track record of following projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership ability and personality
Customer service oriented
Proven technical problem solving skills.
Minimum qualifications / educational levels required for this position: Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
Selection Criteria: Operation of Planned Preventive Maintenance System and daytoday reactive works. Strong experience with cleaning chemical equipment surfaces and SOPs . Proficiency in English language. Strong computer skills. Report writing.
Special Conditions:
Scheduling planning analytical and statistical skills. Detailed orientation positive employee relation skills training abilities and problem solving. Experience in project estimation and proposal writing.
