We are currently looking for UX Designer for our Egypt operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Entrepreneurial selfstarter who is selfmotivated but also a team player with a professional presence
Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite Figma Sketch or other tools for product design.
Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
Knowledge of Agile software development process
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Must have previous experience of working in digital product design in financial services (banking/Fintech/digital transformation)
Bachelors degree in design or equivalent area
Experience managing a team of UI/UX designers
Ability to communicate with different departments of a multinational and dynamic organization
Experience with design tools like Sketch Adobe Suite and Figma
Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
Knowledge of Agile software development process
Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
