We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Senior Robotics Engineer to join our team working on AIdriven autonomous driving systems with a focus on embedded software AUTOSAR and realtime systems. The ideal candidate is adaptable has a strong technical background in AI and automotive software development and is passionate about advancing autonomous vehicle technology.
Tasks
- Design develop and optimize realtime software architectures for autonomous driving systems.
- Implement and refine AI models for perception decisionmaking and motion control in robotic systems.
- Work with lowlevel kernel development to ensure optimal realtime performance and security in embedded environments.
- Develop and integrate software compliant with AUTOSAR standards ensuring safety and performance in automotive systems.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize sensor integration control algorithms and system reliability.
- Conduct performance profiling and debugging of realtime embedded systems running on automotivegrade hardware.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) requirements.
- Contribute to the development of simulation and testing frameworks for autonomous driving.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in robotics embedded systems or autonomous driving.
- Strong programming skills in C C and Python.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML models in robotics applications including sensor fusion computer vision and motion planning.
- Experience with realtime operating systems (RTOS) Linux kernel and lowlevel software development.
- Proficiency in AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive Platform including communication stacks and middleware.
- Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 DDS and automotive communication protocols (CAN Ethernet SOME/IP).
- Strong grasp of safetycritical software development and automotive standards.
- Experience with hardware acceleration (CUDA FPGA or TPU) is a plus.
- Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and drive technical solutions.
