We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing a highperforming sales team and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations
Qualifications :
- Saudi nationality is required for this position
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools
- Indepth knowledge of Saudi Arabian market trends and business practices
- Understanding of local business culture and customs
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales management certifications are preferred
