Were seeking a Junior Administrative Specialist to help design and build exceptional digital menus for our growing network of supermarket and pharmacy partners. In this entrylevel role youll play a key role in creating seamless userfriendly shopping experiences while contributing to the successful onboarding and expansion of our valuable retail partners.
This position combines backoffice and technical responsibilities offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a fastpaced dynamic environment. Your work will directly influence the development of menus that elevate the Wolt brand while meeting the unique needs of our grocery and pharmacy partners. What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to design and build visually appealing userfriendly menus.
- Optimize menu structures ensuring they are both legally compliant and aligned with our product capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate menu information by ensuring proper data entry and alignment across platforms.
- Work extensively with large Excel files to collect organize and maintain the onboarding workflow.
- Solve technical and operational challenges.
- Assist with onboarding new partners and expanding product selections for existing ones.
Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency with Excel including experience working with large datasets.
- DetailOriented Problem Solver: Ability to spot inconsistencies troubleshoot issues and improve workflow processes.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable navigating technical tools and collaborating on datadriven improvements.
- Collaborative Team Player: Works well crossfunctionally with external partners internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Adaptable & Fast Learner: Thrives in a fastpaced environment with a proactive approach to learning and problemsolving.
- UX Enthusiast: Passionate about creating usercentric menu experiences.
