We are currently seeking a hardworking dedicated and experienced professional for the role of Housekeeping Manager at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property in Housekeeping (in rooms public and common areas);
- Build a productive and professional relationship with Housekeepers staff members Housekeepers clients and all contractor personal;
- Lead housekeeping team to provide an excellent cleaning service;
- Oversee daily on the job training for all cleaning employees;
- Maintain accurate financial maintenance and inventory records.

Annual salary range: $70000 $75000 (excluding superannuation)
Expected hours: 38 per week
Location: Oaks Broome Hotel 99 Robinson Street Broome WA 6725/ Oaks Cable Beach Resort 11 Oryx Road Cable Beach WA 6726
Qualifications :
Housekeeping & Laundry Manager: officially we title this job a Housekeeping Manager but in other centers it may be called an Environmental Services Manager Housekeeping Supervisor Director of Sanitation or Janitor.
What we need from you:
- Experience in housekeeping supervisory/manager role
- Prior experience working for a Long Term or PostAcute Care setting is desirable.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age or older
- Must be physically capable of walking and prolonged standing bending pushing and pulling weights exceeding 150 lbs.
- Ability to successfully pass a preemployment physical and criminal history background check
