About the Job

• Check the RHE technically.
• Daily checklist to maintain system proper health and functionality.
• Liniar channel update & channel lineup.
• Provisioning activities:
• Check the technical status of the STB before the installation process.
• Activate the service for the subscription as per the received formal activation request which should include the necessary information.
• Install the STB on the end customer side (if needed).
• Assure that all services are working properly.
• Give a briefly training for the end customer and confirm that the end customer have the ability to use the STB interface and all functions properly.
• Get end customer final acceptance (if needed).
• Change channels packages, suspend services, and deactivate services according to the agreed business rules and working cycles.
• Monitor the site STB buffer stock.
• Update and monitor the EPG service (if included and according to the signed contract).
• Update and monitor the catch-up service (if included).
• Update the content Meta data and uploads the contents of VOD service (if included).
• Service troubleshooting activities which includes:
• Check the service availability from the RHE side.
• Check the main configurations of the service for the end customer.
• Make a site visit for the end customer and check the connections of the STB and test the service.
• Check the STB directly on the RHE in order to eliminate the network factor.
• Report to whom concern for the STB or RHE malfunction (if exists).
• Send a technical report for the incident.
• Send the daily, weekly and monthly activity report.
