About the position:
As an R&D Project Manager you will play a key role in leading and driving the execution of R&D projects across our
organization. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including development product and QA you will oversee
the entire lifecycle of our innovative projects. Your ability to coordinate communicate and deliver highquality results will
ensure the continued success of Spinomenals R&D initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan manage and oversee the execution of R&D projects ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers QA engineers Tech Operations and product managers to align goals resolve blockers and ensure smooth delivery and progress.
Scrum Leadership: Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align R&D deliverables with the company s roadmap and strategic goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams
Advantages:
Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry is a plus
Previous experience in the hightech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus
Requirements :
Graduated in Industrial and Management Engineering or any related eld.
A proactive and detailoriented mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for technology and a desire to grow in the project management field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Previous experience in the hightech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus.
