Senior Inbound Product Manager

What you get to do in this role: 

• Engage internal stakeholders and partners to obtain necessary inputs for product strategy & roadmap get buyin/commitments and manage expectations 
• Create feature plans for each release including acceptance criteria use cases etc. 
• Collaborate with engineering on release management: understand status risks dependencies and help address risks and resolve issues 
• Work closely with design in crafting simple elegant impactful experiences 
• Create base documentation and enable Outbound PM and Docs team 
• Collaborate with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bringhigh qualityproducts to life 
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products around growth engagement retentionandmonetization 
• Integrate usability studies researchandmarket analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction 
• Understand strategic and competitive position in the market and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry 
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm 
• Understand how customers are using the product gains & pains reasons for low usage and be the voice of the customer 

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• 5 years of handson software product management experience 
• Experience defining building and shipping multiplatform consumeroriented mobile products 
• Deep understanding of iOS and Android mobile experience 
• Deep understanding of platform conventions on iOS and Android 
• Selfmotivated selfdirected and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment 
• Ability to translate and articulate complicated business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements 
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities.... to do this you must be good at saying no and having folks accept it.... to do this you must be good at articulating how prioritized initiatives will benefit them 
• Ability to work crossfunctionally with a distributed team across Engineering Design Customer Success Marketing and Business Development 
• Experience working in a global work environment and a high level of English both written and spoken.
• Passion for design thinking product management best practices and shaping the future of how enterprises will collaborate
