Your Career
We are looking for a motivated intelligent hardworking and creative candidate to join the Palo Alto Networks Technology Partnerships Team (TPT) to focus on the Cortex product.
The Sr Solution Architect is the tech leader of the team (80% technical/ 20% business). They are technology strategists deeply technical and possess an architectural mindset. They stay current and informed on technology trends thrive by driving the art of the possible discussions and focus on the value add of technical integrations. They can ideate differentiated solutions ahead of the market.
Your Impact
Lead collaborations with the partners team to drive and build unique solution offerings leveraging the technical strengths & capabilities of Cortex This role may require PoV development but the product delivery is owned by our product organization
Lead and support efforts defining solution architectures design & implementation guides and technical enablement plans that demonstrate Cortex and the partners joint value proposition
Interpret partner requirements and translate them for internal constituents align with Product Management to drive enhancements to Cortex products to support partner use cases
Assist the TPT Business Development Director in driving the GTM of the offerings at the partner and the customer
Work closely with the TPT Business Development Director as well as peers at the partner (including but not limited to Technical PMO Product Marketing and Enablement) to craft & execute the technical plan for offer/s developed
Build POVs to showcase solutions Participate on webinars and presentations
Build a regular cadence of relationshipbuilding responsible for partner peering exercises to enable stronger partnerships
Educate the partners teams on the Cortex platform value proposition to drive growth of our outcomebased solutions
Work in highly collaborative environments to team with Account Managers Sales Engineers Marketing and Channel Partners in the region to drive revenue and growth
Help to exceed customer expectations by identifying impactful use cases that enable people to transform their businesses with Cortex products
Motivate and build extended teams around you to unlock the power of Cortex within our customer base and partner organization
Qualifications :
Your Experience
This is a technical role Handson programming skills in Python or other scripting languages
Cybersecurity market and/or product experience (such as SIEM FW EDR sandboxes Vulnerability Management etc.)
Demonstrating products clearly showing features and value
Clearly communicating architectures and technical concepts to nontechnical teams
Solid understanding of APIs logs JSON and other interface formats
Handson experience with cloudbased architecture microservices etc.
Your Softer Skills
High energy and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Organized responsive with great followthrough with our partners
Self starter and can work independently we are a distributed global team so you need to work independently know when you need help and speak up
Strong collaboration and communication skills you will represent Palo Alto Networks with dozens of vendors in the cybersecurity space
Managing and leading crossorganization programs
Experience at a cybersecurity vendor consultancy reseller GSI etc.
Quick learner interested in new technology
Fluent English & Hebrew (both written and spoken)
Your NicetoHave Skills
Cybersecurity/Enterprise sales experience (direct or channel)
Understanding/Experience with other Palo Alto Networks products
GitHub experience including Pull Requests branches forking etc.
