The Sourcing & SQA Engineer will bridge sourcing and quality assurance functions ensuring suppliers meet Companys performance standards. The role involves managing supplier relationships conducting quality audits and implementing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier quality audits and implement corrective action plans where needed.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and control plans in coordination with suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet delivery cost and quality targets.
- Analyze quality data and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance and sourcing.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA Control Plans and 8D.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
