We are now looking for a new Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia!

The Field Marketing Specialist for Saudi Arabia develops and deploys marketing programs that drive partner recruitment and enablement demand generation as well as brand awareness and preference for Vertiv solutions. This role sees you in charge of efficiently and effectively integrating implementing and enriching central marketing processes and tools in the KSA markets to increase lead generation to directly support achieving commercial objectives.

As a Field Marketing Specialist you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders in central marketing sales and offering teams as well as with our channel partner network (VARs Distributors Resellers System Integrators etc.) in the assigned territories. The role also includes a focus on and supporting marketing activities organized with indirect partner in the region.

We are looking for a highly organized commercially minded and experienced marketer. Someone who takes pride in advanced planning and executing on strategy. Able to manage multiple projects with multiple partners simultaneously. Inquisitive on data to validate if what we are doing is successful. Someone who works hard delivers and with a cando attitude appreciated by colleagues and business partners.

What kind of work will you be doing

  • Regular engagement with channel partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans (including coop plans with selected partners).
  • Localize and execute central demand generation programs and campaigns.
  • Web control & Strategy for Channel Online Shops (coordination & check of content and display of our products at distributors and partners).
  • SEO optimization & control in cooperation with the central SEO team.
  • Optimization of local website content & channel tools incl. partner portal.
  • Lead Generation & reseller recruitment initiatives for the Vertiv Partner Program.
  • Lead & Data Management.
  • Budget ownership and accountability.
  • Monthly reporting on activity to country sales and central marketing teams.
  • Teamwork & consistency: as a member of the local and central teams the Field & Channel Marketing Specialist has to have a strong sense of teamwork.

What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing BA or similar.
  • 35 years practical experience of working in a marketing environment ideally within a hightech/IT/electronics company.
  • Preferable channel marketing experience.
  • Language skills: Business English Arabic.
  • Technical / Functional skills: Routine application of MS Office products especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of IT/Telco/Datacenter Market.
  • Excellence in Digital Marketing (Inbound/Content).
  • Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation Attitudes.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders. A creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo and drive change.
  • Providing Customer Service: Puts customers first in everything they do both internally and externally to meet/exceed their expectations.
  • Communicating Effectively: Expresses ideas clearly and concisely. Disseminate information about decisions plans and activities. Is a willing and patient listener and is open to feedback.
  • Analysis Solving Problems and Making Decisions: Makes timely decisions. Readily understands complex issues. Creates solutions that effectively address problems.
  • Strong character selfmotivated to continuously improve performance Well organized Problemsolving attitude Teamwork oriented (locally globally) Excellent communication skills (internal and external) Intrinsically willing to go the extra mile for the teams success Must be prepared to travel 25% of the time within KSA.
