Job Purpose:
Ensure that performance measurements align with strategic business goals. Enable the organizations strategic performance through data analysis balanced scorecards and performance management systems. This role involves collaborating with all departments to make business performance visible through dashboards and other visualization tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills people skills and a deep understanding of the business value chain.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks and strategies to ensure alignment with the companys goals.
- Review the organizational structures to identify opportunities and bottlenecks that may influence/hinder performance.
- Support managers to perform proper job analysis to breakdown each job into meaningful KPIs
- Support all departments to drive the effective selection development implementation and integration of analytics and KPIs to optimize business activities as applicable.
- Review and audit all employees objectives to make sure its all linked to the company objectives.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
- Develop executive reports/dashboards for executive leadership.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure alignment of performance objectives and business strategy.
- Manage the management review meetings for all departments.
- Train staff on performance management tools and techniques enhancing their capabilities in datadriven decisionmaking.
Qualifications Required:
- 8 10 years of experience including 5 years in business performance and/or strategy execution.
- Advanced Excel skills and presentation skills are mandatory
- Fluent in English
- MBA is preferred.
- HR/OD background is a plus.
