NOK HC is seeking a talented Senior Regional Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Industry Background) to join our dynamic team.
Location: Maadi
Company overview: An Egyptian S.A.E Company founded in 2018 with a clear vision to redefine benchmarks for the Human Resources Outsourcing industry by providing fullfledged HR Services to support companies offloading multiple processes and technologies such as benefits and payroll and focus more on its core business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards social media and
Professional networks.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources Business or a related field.
Fluent English level.
3 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment especially in Tech. positions.
GCC Exposure is preferred.
Strong communication organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
