Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Location: Saudi
Job Type: FullTime
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Age Requirement: Candidates must be 37 years old or younger
Experience Requirement: Must have prior experience working in a Saudi restaurant
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role involves staff supervision inventory management and adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Saudi restaurant operations and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all areas of the restaurant including frontofhouse and backofhouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in hiring training and mentoring new staff members.
- Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Assist in managing financial processes including cash handling and reporting.
- Monitor labor and operational costs to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or in a similar role within a Saudi restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and pointofsale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 37 years old or younger.
- Must have prior experience working in a Saudi restaurant.
- Ability to work 9hour shifts as per the job requirements.
