Qlub a leading provider of innovative solutions seeks a highly motivated and resultsoriented Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position reporting to the Head of Sales.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets managing a team of sales representatives and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set and monitor sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
