Responsible for a squad (entire product)
Develops subject matter expertise by understanding a business area customer journey or complex external domain in depth
Understand pain points and customer journey for our customers.
Zoom on problem statements in order to come up with effective solutions for our vendor partners.
Plan the product vision and roadmap with all key project stakeholders including business owners
designers and tech leads.
Gather create and define user stories (epics themes and features) including creating acceptance
criteria.
Build edit and maintain product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders.
Continuously improve process and workflow with crossfunctional teams through project retrospectives
ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and other constraints.
Manage product execution to deliver quality products writing specs running A/B tests interviewing
users and ensuring product performance.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable items to be planned prioritized and integrated
into the teams roadmap.
experience with OKRs and roadmap planning
experience with AB testing Jira and Agile working environment
experience working with various stakeholders including engineering internal and external stakeholders
