Foreground is partnering with a leading organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit a resultsdriven Marketing Manager for their Dammam office. This role focuses on implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth in Dammam and the Eastern Province.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing plans specific to the Dammam market ensuring alignment with the companys overall objectives.
- Manage daytoday marketing tasks including social media event coordination and content creation to generate quality leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors partners and stakeholders in the Eastern Province.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and ensure effective deal closures.
- Conduct market research specific to Dammam identifying customer needs and competitive activities to refine marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance preparing reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the organization at key events exhibitions and networking opportunities in Dammam to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of marketing experience preferably in the education or services sector within the Eastern Province.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools analytics platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with knowledge of Dammams business environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
- A proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a focus on innovation.
