Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dammam KSA a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas.We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive longterm value. This role requires a professional who can balance macrolevel strategic insights with the ability to dive into details to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of highvalue client accounts ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving longterm success.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate deep trustbased relationships with key stakeholders including Csuite executives to establish yourself as a strategic advisor and goto partner.
Opportunity Identification & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for account growth innovation and value creation ensuring that the client s evolving needs are met.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers that represent maximum value to the customer and fair price for the company; ensure that proposals address customer s key issues needs and requirements.
Tailored Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client challenges and align with broader market dynamics.
Market Insight & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends market shifts and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and longterm partnership sustainability.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and solutions.
Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor account performance and provide regular datadriven updates to senior leadership highlighting successes risks and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in technical engineering business or a related field.
Min 5 years of technical sales experience and familiarity with simulation software or related industries preferred.
Proven experience in strategic sales and account management with a focus on longterm relationship building.
Willingness to travel up to 50% (regional).
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong ability to analyze and anticipate client needs and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
Ability to think strategically and deliver actionable results.
